Inclusive Practice & Tools

A number of strategies have been developed on how to facilitate the full inclusion of people with disabilities in all policies and programs.

Community-based rehabilitation is a strategy which facilitates the inclusion of people with disabilities, and provides for rehabilitation at the community level. The links below provide more information on strategies for inclusion and mainstreaming as well as practical guidance on how this can be achieved.
