  • Disability and HIV policy brief
    These actions were defined in consultation with a broad range of stakeholders including people living with HIV and persons with disabilities. They are in line with the commitments made by States to ensure universal access to HIV prevention, treatment, care and support by 2010, the Millennium Development Goal of halting and beginning to reverse the spread of HIV by 2015 and the principles and standards of international human rights law, in particular the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
