The network on development evaluation is a subsidiary body of the OECD's DAC (Development Assistance Committee).
 
Its purpose is to increase the effectiveness of international development programs by supporting robust, informed and independent evaluation. The network aims to support evaluation managers and specialists from development agencies, multilateral development institutions and practitioners from other development organisations.
