Outreach (Rural vs. Urban)
Rural finance learning centre
The Rural Finance Learning Centre seeks to provide financial services for people living in rural areas. This includes providing savings accounts, loans, insurance products or money transfers. This site aims to assist organisations to build their capacity to improve rural financial services and address challenges such as distance, poor infrastructure, highly seasonal incomes and widespread poverty.
Resources available on the site include training materials, books, papers, case studies, guidelines, manuals, briefs, news letters, job and training opportunities, and links to other relevant sites.
