APEC center for technology exchange and training for small and medium enterprises
The APEC centre for technology exchange and training for small and medium enterprises (ACTETSME) aims to accelerate the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Asia-Pacific region through technology exchange and cooperation in order to make SMEs more productive and competitive in both the domestic and international markets.
