Harmonising donor practices for effective aid delivery
This publication series forms part of an ongoing initiative by the OECD's Development Assistance Committee (DAC) to improve the effectiveness and harmonisation of development aid. It consists of 3 volumes, covering:
- Volume 1 - frameworks for donor cooperation, country analytical work, preparation of projects and programs, measuring performance in public financial management,reporting and monitoring, financial reporting and auditing, and delegated cooperation
- Volume 2 - budget support, sector-wide approaches (SWAps) and capacity development in public financial management
- Volume 3 - strengthening procurement capacities in developing countries
