The objective of this declaration by the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) and their development partners is to enhance aid effectiveness through harmonisation and alignment of practices and procedures. This is done with the aim of reducing poverty, improving collaboration and sustain gains toward achieving Cambodia's Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
