Monitoring resource flows to fragile states - 2005 report (pdf 389kb)
This annual report by the OECD monitors aid and resource flows to fragile states. It is designed to help inform policy and decision making by development organisations, particularly donor agencies.The 2005 report analysed a group of 35 fragile states and presents its findings according to four categories:
- Need and levels of aid
- Governance indicators
- Volatility of aid flows
- International presence and attention
