Connecting East Asia - a new framework for infrastructure
This study, produced jointly by the World Bank, ADB and Japan Bank for International Cooperation, highlights the role that infrastructure can play in reducing poverty by supporting economic growth and providing access to key services.The goal of the study is to provide practical guidance to practitioners and policy makers on infrastructure issues with development partners. The report can be downloaded by individual chapters, and covers topics including inclusive development, coordination issues, accountability and risk management.
