This paper explores the cross-sectoral impacts of road capital on processes of economic growth and poverty reduction in Indonesia. Adequate rural transport infrastructure is a key element of poverty reduction for the rural poor.
Using the example of road capital, it takes a cross-sectoral model to explore this complex relationship.
