The pacific infrastructure challenge
This report examines infrastructure performance in Fiji, Federated States of Micronesia, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Tonga and Vanuatu and reviews performance in electricity, telecommunications, water and sanitation, roads, airports and aviation, and ports and shipping.It is designed to stimulate debate and help define a strategy for infrastructure development in the Pacific region.
