Malaysian AIDS Council
The Malaysian AIDS Council (MAC) is committed to creating an environment free from the negative impact of HIV/AIDS for Malaysia and her people, through and with its affiliates by strengthening, mobilizing and representing them.Together, MAC's vital fronts in the fight against HIV/AIDS are:
- To ensure a committed and effective NGO response
- To prevent the spread of HIV
- To ensure the highest possible quality of life for those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS
- To promote and protect human rights as they relate to HIV/AIDS
- To eliminate discrimination, stigmatization and prejudice related to HIV/AIDS
This website supports the commitment of MAC by providing basic information on HIV/AIDS as well as information on testing, treatment, positive living, useful resources as well as an online library.
