Investing to avert an HIV/AIDS crisis (pdf 516kb)

This ADB study examines the current and required levels of investment into HIV prevention in the Asia-Pacific region.  It argues that, if the leaders of the Asia-Pacific are to succeed in curbing the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the region, they must first tackle the shortfall in the finances needed to establish comprehensive prevention, care and treatment responses in each country.

This document is a collaborative publication of the Asian Development Bank and UNAIDS in consultation with national governments of the region, Futures Group International and several global and regional experts.
