This document outlines the role of the Aksi Stop Aids (ASA) program in Indonesia. It includes background information, program descriptions and objectives. The ASA program aims to achieve the following objectives:- Promote safe sexual behavior
- Strengthen HIV and STI care and treatment
- Support development that facilitates reliable decision making for prevention and care activities
- Strengthen the capacity of local governments and NGOs to plan, finance, manage and coordinate community response to prevent and care for HIV/STI
- Encourage the active participation of private companies in HIV prevention.
