Acting on rights: women and HIV/AIDS

This report details the outcomes of the Satellite Session at the XV International AIDS Conference, held in Bangkok in 2004.

The theme of the conference was "Access for All', and the satellite session was entitled "Acting on Rights: Women and HIV/AIDS".

The session used the Barcelona Bill of Rights, a document developed by a number of civil society participants at the XIV International AIDS Conference in Barcelona (2002), as a framework for promoting action on women's human rights and HIV/AIDS.
