"Three Ones" key principles: coordination of national responses to HIV/AIDS (pdf 1.2mb)

This document articulates the "Three Ones" principles for strengthening national AIDS responses at country level, achieving the most effective and efficient use of resources, and ensuring rapid action and results-based management.

The three ones are: one agreed HIV/AIDS Action Framework that provides the basis for coordinating the work of all partners, one National AIDS Coordinating Authority, with a broad-based multisectoral mandate, and one agreed country-level Monitoring and Evaluation System.
