Australian Development Gateway

The Australian Development Gateway (ADG) strives to support members of the development community in their efforts to reduce poverty and enhance sustainable development in the Asia Pacific region. The site has been created with participation from members of government, private, academia and non-government organisations. User feedback mechanisms have been incorporated to guide future directions of the site. The site is optimised for low bandwidth access to enable the widest participation throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Preventing mother-to-child transmission of HIV in Kenya

This report explores the PMTCT project's evolution, successes and challenges, and reflects on the valuable perspectives and insights of local partners, health facility managers, service providers, and community health workers (CHWs) who implement the project.

Through this exploration and reflection, Pathfinder seeks to improve its work to prevent new HIV infections and provide client-centered care, support, and treatment to those already living with HIV/AIDS.
