Australian Development Gateway

The Australian Development Gateway (ADG) strives to support members of the development community in their efforts to reduce poverty and enhance sustainable development in the Asia Pacific region. The site has been created with participation from members of government, private, academia and non-government organisations. User feedback mechanisms have been incorporated to guide future directions of the site. The site is optimised for low bandwidth access to enable the widest participation throughout the Asia Pacific region.

National Centre for Vocational Education Research

The National Centre for Vocational Education Research is a major provider of quality, independent information about Australia's vocational education & training sector.

The site features a searchable database of research information on a wide variety of vocational education & training issues. The Centre utilises Australian & international sources in its research program which is organised into five themes:

- Students and individuals
- Teaching & learning
- Industry & employers
- The vocation, education & training system
- The vocation, education & training system in context.

The Centre also undertakes consultancy work specialising in industry skills studies, conducting program evaluations and statistical analyses of various aspects of the sector.
