Australian Development Gateway

The Australian Development Gateway (ADG) strives to support members of the development community in their efforts to reduce poverty and enhance sustainable development in the Asia Pacific region. The site has been created with participation from members of government, private, academia and non-government organisations. User feedback mechanisms have been incorporated to guide future directions of the site. The site is optimised for low bandwidth access to enable the widest participation throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Commonwealth Foundation civil society in the new millennium country reports

The Commonwealth Foundation site links to summary national reports for Bangladesh, India, Malaysia, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, as part of the Citizens and Governance: Civil Society in the New Millennium study.

These reports are result of two years of research interviewing citizens and NGOs, provide valuable insights into the state of civil society in individual Commonwealth countries.

The site also provides news, events, a discussion board and a document database with a Civil Society section.
