Australia-China climate change cooperation: progress & achievements 2003-2005 (pdf 750kb)
This document reviews the Australia-China Climate Change Cooperation program from the period of 2003-2005. It highlights the progress and achievements of the program, particularly in the areas of low emission technology and scientific understanding with regard to climate change mitigation and adaptation.The program facilitated scientific and technological exchange between Australia and China, aimed at strengthening mutual efforts towards addressing climate change. The program also contributed to the effective implementation of the respective National Climate Change Strategies of each country.
