International Foundation for Election Systems
International Foundation for Election System (IFES) a non-profit, non government organisation (NGO) has assisted over 100 countries providing expert technical assistance in the following election administration areas: civil and voter registry development and technology management; mapping and redistricting strategies; drafting and reviewing electoral codes, voter and civic education; building associations of election officials; fostering participation of historically disadvantaged groups and people with disabilities; adjudication of election disputes, election observation; campaign techniques; political finance review; capacity building; and professional development of election officials.
Their site publishes a range of reports, white papers, and surveys for policy makers, academics and other professionals interested in democratic initiatives around the globe.
