Australian Development Gateway

The Australian Development Gateway (ADG) strives to support members of the development community in their efforts to reduce poverty and enhance sustainable development in the Asia Pacific region. The site has been created with participation from members of government, private, academia and non-government organisations. User feedback mechanisms have been incorporated to guide future directions of the site. The site is optimised for low bandwidth access to enable the widest participation throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Resource Centres on Urban Agriculture & Food Security (RUAF)

RUAF is a global network of 6 regional organisations that share a common vision on urban development and poverty reduction and together implement an international programme focussed on urban agriculture and food security.

It aims to contribute to urban poverty reduction, employment generation and food security.  It also works to stimulate participatory city governance and improve urban environmental management, by creating conditions for empowerment of male and female urban and peri-urban farmers.  

It's focus is build knowledge, skills and expertise and has activities in the following areas:
- Networking
- Knowledge Management
- Capacity development
- Policy and planning support
- Project design, implementation and evaluation
- Advocacy
- Administration of Funds
