Injury prevention and control
Over 7,000 people die from injuries each year in Australia, while thousands of others suffer physical, cognitive and psychological side effects of injury that seriously affect their quality of life. Injury is largely preventable and this site aims to help people avoid injury by providing some helpful tips in those areas where injuries most commonly occur.This site also provides trauma care and rehabilitation advice and links to Australian online first aid manuals.
