This paper explores the notion of people, processes and technology as essential elements for knowledge management (KM) and how these apply to the reproductive health context.It uses case studies to illustrate knowledge challenges for reproductive health, how to launch a KM initiative and the importance of KM. It also outlines a KM framework for family planning and reproductive health.
