An impact evaluation model and quality improvement mechanism for mental health programs in developing countries
The paper discusses the rationale for using responsive evaluation in mental health and substance abuse programs.It demonstrates the need to include both standard and local indicators in evaluation studies to continue the quality improvement initiatives of any mental health program in a way that incorporates all levels of data and opinions.
