This report provides a comprehensive health profile of 11 countries in the Southeast Asia region.The countries covered in this report include Bangladesh, Bhutan, North Korea, India, Indonesia, Maldives, Burma, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Timor-Leste.
The report includes summaries of current developments in the health situation and health system policies of each country. The report is based on available health data from between 2003 to 2006.
