Australian Development Gateway

The Australian Development Gateway (ADG) strives to support members of the development community in their efforts to reduce poverty and enhance sustainable development in the Asia Pacific region. The site has been created with participation from members of government, private, academia and non-government organisations. User feedback mechanisms have been incorporated to guide future directions of the site. The site is optimised for low bandwidth access to enable the widest participation throughout the Asia Pacific region.

WHO Commission on Social Determinants of Health

The World Health Organisation's (WHO) Commission on Social Determinants of Health (CSDH) supports countries and global health partners to address the social factors leading to ill health and inequities.

It draws the attention to the social determinants known to have the biggest impact on health, including unemployment, unsafe workplaces, urban slums, globalisation and lack of access to health systems.

This site provides a range of information on the CSDH's work, including an extensive range of publications, news and events.
