Australian Development Gateway

The Australian Development Gateway (ADG) strives to support members of the development community in their efforts to reduce poverty and enhance sustainable development in the Asia Pacific region. The site has been created with participation from members of government, private, academia and non-government organisations. User feedback mechanisms have been incorporated to guide future directions of the site. The site is optimised for low bandwidth access to enable the widest participation throughout the Asia Pacific region.

This site provides teaching resources for a variety of global and social justice issues.

Australian schools are committed to helping students become informed and engaged global citizens with a concern for social justice. World Vision's new global education resource is designed to give Australian students an international perspective on the big issues facing the world. It is available twice a year and includes supplementary resources on the topics below:

- Disasters;
- Water; and
- The Millennium Development Goals
