Australian Development Gateway

The Australian Development Gateway (ADG) strives to support members of the development community in their efforts to reduce poverty and enhance sustainable development in the Asia Pacific region. The site has been created with participation from members of government, private, academia and non-government organisations. User feedback mechanisms have been incorporated to guide future directions of the site. The site is optimised for low bandwidth access to enable the widest participation throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Disaster Assist

This website has been set up by the Australian Government to give individuals and families better access to information about recovery assistance following a disaster.

The Government may provide assistance to aid the recovery of Australians most affected by an offshore or onshore disaster. In such cases, this website will have up to date public information messages, relevant free call numbers, information on Australian Government Assistance Packages offered and links to other relevant websites and information.

The website also contains information and publications on how to help and support those affected by disasters.
