Water management in Islam

This e-book presents Islamic perspectives on a number of proposed water-management policies, including water demand management, wastewater reuse, and fair pricing.

It explores the Islamic perspective on a number of proposed water management policies, such as:
- Lifeline water tariffs
- Water conservation
- Wastewater reuse
- Community-based water management
- Fair pricing
- Water markets

The book concludes in stating that once a basis for the Islamic law on shared waters is established, a pilot project can be implemented, covering different cases in the Muslim countries, to translate the theory into actions in the real world.
