In pursuit of "absolute integrity": identifying causes for police corruption (pdf 180kb)
This 2006 Transparency International (TI) report examines corruption and its causes within the Sri Lankan Police Department.The report follows an earlier study undertaken by TI revealing that Sri Lankan police were perceived to be the most corrupt public department in Sri Lanka.
