This primer provides guidance on the concept and value of e-government inoperability, and the steps required to achieve effective interoperability amongst government systems.E-government interoperability refers to the ability of two or more government information and communications technology (ICT) systems to exchange information and to use the information that has been exchanged to improve public governance and service delivery.
This document provides guidance on the steps needed to improve e-government interoperability, including:
