Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships issue paper (pdf 1.8mb)

An issue paper from the Foundation for Development Cooperation, dealing with the issues faced in creating and managing multi-stakeholder partnerships.

This publication is part of the Global Knowledge Partnership's (GKP) "Knowledge For Development Series", designed to increase the availability of information and knowledge on various issues in the area of ICT4D.

It is a GKP effort to help mainstream understanding about Multi Stakeholder Partnerships (MSPs), looking at how they work and how they can be effectively formed and sustained.  It also looks at their potential and contribution to the global effort to bridge the digital divide, deliver digital dividends and realise the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
