The Real Access/Real Impact framework attempts to determine whether there is real access to ICT, by going beyond computers so that technology makes a real impact on socio-economic development and poverty reduction.This report provides an overview to the Real Access/Real Impact approach to ICT initiatives and guidance on how it can be applied according to best practice principles. It consists of 4 sections:
