Australian Development Gateway

The Australian Development Gateway (ADG) strives to support members of the development community in their efforts to reduce poverty and enhance sustainable development in the Asia Pacific region. The site has been created with participation from members of government, private, academia and non-government organisations. User feedback mechanisms have been incorporated to guide future directions of the site. The site is optimised for low bandwidth access to enable the widest participation throughout the Asia Pacific region.

This resource book aims to assist practitioners and organizations working in the transport sectors of developing countries with effective mainstreaming of HIV/AIDS into transport sector projects.

The book covers a range of issues including:
- The links between HIV/AIDS and roads
- Groups who are most vulnerable
- How to mainstream HIV/AIDS into the project cycle

It also provides a range of practical tools, including checklists, sample terms of references, and case studies.

The publication is available for download as a single document or as separate chapters.
