This document outlines the strategy of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) in addressing ICT for development issues.It provides an overview of ICTs and their role in contributing to sustainable development, lessons learned from ICT for development initiatives so far, and CIDA's own strategy in this area.
It also describes the practical steps to be taken by CIDA to implement this strategy.
