21st century knowledge-building in the Asia Pacific (pdf 150kb)
This paper outlines a framework for improving the processes for building individual and community knowledge, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region.The framework looks at a range of different areas including education, development, learning and cultural change.
Drawing on case studies on ICT initiatives around the Asia-Pacific region, it provides lessons and recommendations on how ICTs can better support more participatory and experiential modes of knowledge building.
