- Potential partners include domestic enterprises, local NGOs, international NGOs, international corporations and multilateral agencies.
- The 'Public Window' project, which uses ICT to improve good governance in Peru, came into being through a partnership between a national university, the World Bank, local civil society organizations and three municipal governments.
