Australian Development Gateway

The Australian Development Gateway (ADG) strives to support members of the development community in their efforts to reduce poverty and enhance sustainable development in the Asia Pacific region. The site has been created with participation from members of government, private, academia and non-government organisations. User feedback mechanisms have been incorporated to guide future directions of the site. The site is optimised for low bandwidth access to enable the widest participation throughout the Asia Pacific region.

AusAID Child Protection Policy (pdf 750kb)

This AusAID policy provides a clear framework for managing and reducing the risks of child abuse by persons engaged in delivering Australian aid program activities.

The policy applies to all AusAID staff, including those based overseas, and to all contractors and non-government organisations funded by AusAID.

It outlines AusAID's child protection policy and the child protection compliance standards that Australian aid program activities are required to meet.
