I collaborate, e-collaborate, we collaborate: stories about e-collaboration experiences (pdf 970kb)

This booklet explores emerging tools and opportunities for e-collaboration in international development organisations.

It provides 14 stories of how organisations working in international development have experimented with different emerging tools, such as Skype and MSN Messenger.

Specifically, the stories document insights into issues such as:
- How do people in development organisations learn how to make use of new tools?
- Which tools are really useful?
- How can they be helped to avoid drowning in the sea of new tools, abbreviations and error messages?
