Australian Development Gateway

The Australian Development Gateway (ADG) strives to support members of the development community in their efforts to reduce poverty and enhance sustainable development in the Asia Pacific region. The site has been created with participation from members of government, private, academia and non-government organisations. User feedback mechanisms have been incorporated to guide future directions of the site. The site is optimised for low bandwidth access to enable the widest participation throughout the Asia Pacific region.

National Serology Reference Laboratory, Australia, International strategy

The National Serology Reference Laboratory, Australia (NRL) is committed to helping curb the spread of blood borne and other infections by assuring and maintaining quality and confidence in laboratory results in Australia and internationally.

NRL will collaborate to encourage and assist all laboratories to develop quality services. Laboratories will be well-supported in their ability to delivering accurate diagnoses and appropriate care of people with infectious diseases especially those infected with blood-borne viruses such as HIV and hepatitis.

It als provides recent information on selected international activities in which the NRL is involved, including World Health Organisation (WHO) collaborations, fellowships, educational activities and publications.
