Australian Development Gateway

The Australian Development Gateway (ADG) strives to support members of the development community in their efforts to reduce poverty and enhance sustainable development in the Asia Pacific region. The site has been created with participation from members of government, private, academia and non-government organisations. User feedback mechanisms have been incorporated to guide future directions of the site. The site is optimised for low bandwidth access to enable the widest participation throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Australian Public Service Knowledge Management case studies

These case studies demonstrate a wide range of knowledge management (KM) applications within the Australian Public Service.

They also reflect different stages of progress in conducting KM initiatives within agencies, from the recent completion of a comprehensive KM strategy to ones that have already embarked on long knowledge management journeys.

These studies will provide knowledge management practitioners with a guide to how other agencies are tackling their KM challenges and highlight possible pathways for approaching their own particular situation.

Examples of case studies include the Australian Bureau of Statistics and Centrelink.
