Public Health and Air Pollution in Asia (PAPA)

Public Health and Air Pollution in Asia (PAPA) is a CAI-Asia Initiative implemented through Health Effects Institute (HEI) to build better understanding of the effects of air pollution on health in Asia.

The project will entail a critical review and understandable synthesis of all of the existing studies of air pollution and health in Asia.

It will also determine identification of representative cities in which to conduct new high quality studies over the next four years and capacity building to enhance the ability of local scientists to conduct health studies that are of direct use in the decision making process in the future.
