Australian Development Gateway

The Australian Development Gateway (ADG) strives to support members of the development community in their efforts to reduce poverty and enhance sustainable development in the Asia Pacific region. The site has been created with participation from members of government, private, academia and non-government organisations. User feedback mechanisms have been incorporated to guide future directions of the site. The site is optimised for low bandwidth access to enable the widest participation throughout the Asia Pacific region.

The pilot course on E-business strategies (pdf 2.9mb)

The Pilot course on E-business Strategies was organized by the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) in collaboration with the Department of Human Resources, Ministry of Labour and Human Resources Thimphu, Government of Bhutan. The program was held from 3-10 August 2006 at the Knowledge Centre at the Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Thimphu, Bhutan.

The objectives of the workshop were to introduce the concepts of e-business and e-commerce among young and budding information technology (IT) and marketing personnel in the Government, and in various corporations and private companies in the country.
