Inter-Agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) minimum standards reference tool (pdf 650kb)

The Inter-Agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) Minimum Standards Reference Tool has been developed to be hard-wearing and field friendly for implementing education in emergency situations when a copy of the INEE Minimum Standards Handbook is not at hand.

The tool provides an overview of each of the standards under the six categories of: community participation, analysis, access and learning, teaching and learning, teachers and other education professionals and education policy and coordination.

It must not be used as a stand-alone document, and reference should be made to the full version of the INEE Minimum Standards Handbook.
