Australian Development Gateway

The Australian Development Gateway (ADG) strives to support members of the development community in their efforts to reduce poverty and enhance sustainable development in the Asia Pacific region. The site has been created with participation from members of government, private, academia and non-government organisations. User feedback mechanisms have been incorporated to guide future directions of the site. The site is optimised for low bandwidth access to enable the widest participation throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Clinical care for sexual assault survivors: a multi media tool (pdf 1.2mb)

This pamphlet provides an introduction to the DVD teaching tool aimed at improving the clinical care of sexual assault survivors in low resource settings.

The DVD encourages compassionate, competent, and confidential care in keeping with international standards. It is intended for all clinic workers who interact with sexual assault survivors.

The DVD uses images and footage from several different environments in Africa and Asia. It is designed for all levels of clinic staff from cleaners to nurses and physicians.
