This report addresses ways to improve the results of counterpart relationships in Papua New Guinea (PNG), between technical assistance (TA) personnel and PNG staff in the context of public sector management.It also addresses the particular challenges facing the Governments of Papua New Guinea (GoPNG) and Australia (GoA) as both collaborate to foster development in PNG.
