This address by John McMillan in May 2008, to an Anti-Corruption Seminar, China-Australia Human Rights Technical Cooperation Program outlines the comprehensive strategy that has been adopted in Australia to eradicate and prevent corruption.This issue attracts ever more attention in Australia, not because of falling standards in public life, but because of a growing recognition that corruption is a constant threat and disease that can cause great damage and should never be ignored.
