Knowledge Sharing & ICT Tools

Knowledge sharing and management is one of the key issues facing many organisations today in both developed and developing country contexts. It relates, in particular, to how lessons learned are recorded and transferred within and between organisations, as well as collaborative processes and tools for knowledge and information exchange. Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have been mainstreamed into many development initiatives over the last decade. The Australian Development Gateway is an example of effective ICT use for knowledge sharing for sustainable development.
