Measuring progress & statistics
Data collection on the lives of people with disabilities in developing countries has been a vastly under-researched field. As there is no universal definition of disability, it is difficult to make cross- cultural comparisons. However, new tools and innovative methodologies for data collection are emerging which have been field-tested for cross cultural reliability.
